CLEA’s Magically Enhanced designation covers all individuals that have been given special abilities through the use of Magic. They should not be confused with Magic Wielders or Totem Bearers etc. because such individuals normally have been on the receiving end of a Magic spell or incantation. This means they possess generally possess no magical skills or are a magical hybrid.
Due their abilities they can however be mistaken for other “special” types of people such as Alpha superiors.
